John Wayne Gacy, having his mugshot taken after being arrested for multiple homicides. He is laughing because an officer had asked him where he was from, and he replied, “a state of confusion.”

John Wayne Gacy presents the classic dual personality of many of serial killers. In public, he wore an affable and engaging persona, even working as a children’s entertainer. Behind closed doors, however, he had a predilection for raping and murdering young men, killing 33 people before justice finally caught up with him. His time finally ran out on May 10, 1994, when he was executed by lethal injection, his last words were “Kiss my ass.”

John Wayne Gacy, Jr. was an American serial killer and rapist, who was convicted of the sexual assault and murder of at least 33 boys and young men in a series of killings committed between 1972 and 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. He was dubbed “Killer Clown” because he dressed as “Pogo the clown” at fundraising events and at children’s birthday parties.

All of his victims were murdered inside his home, where they would lured to his address by force or deception. All of them were strangled or asphyxiated, except his first victim which was stabbed to death.

Gacy buried 26 of his victims in the crawl space of his home, three victims were buried around his property and the last four known victims were dumped in the Des Plaines River. Only 25 victims were identified, although forensic investigators are still working on identifying the remaining 8. There is a possibility for more murders to be linked to Gacy, although the general accepted number is 33-34 victims.

Gacy was sentenced to death for 12 killings on March 13, 1980. He spent 14 years on death row before being executed by lethal injection on May 14, 1994.

His last words were “Kiss my ass.

Do you watch “Hannibal” TV series?

What do you think?

Is it weird (enough) for ya?

“What would you do with the dead animals, Jeff?”

“Obviously my mind has been filled with gruesome, horrible thoughts and ideas.”
-Jeffrey Dahmer

“I couldn’t find any meaning in my life when I was out there. I’m sure as hell not going to find it in here. This is the grand finale of a life poorly spent and the end result is just overwhelmingly depressing. it’s just a sick, pathetic, wretched, miserable life story, that’s all it is. How it can help anyone, I’ve no idea.” - Jeffrey Dahmer

"I should have gone to college and gone into real estate and got myself an aquarium, that’s what I should have done."

- Jeffrey Dahmer

Jeffrey Dahmer, May 21, 1960- November 28, 1994

Dahmer brutally murdered and dismembered 17 men for sexual gratification. He had also kept multiple body parts and in several instances, ate parts of victims.

“It’s just a nightmare, let’s put it that way. It’s been a nightmare for a long time, even before I was caught… for years now, obviously my mind has been filled with gruesome, horrible thoughts and ideas.. a nightmare.” —Dahmer
